With stunning gardens and surrounded by Dorset countryside, in a secluded world of its own, this is the perfect place for a truly individual, beautiful wedding or event. The original house dates back to the 16th century. A hunting lodge owned by Henry VIII and home to Catherine Parr. It was rebuilt in 1704 following a fire, providing a wonderful backdrop for photos. With 3 acres of garden with manicured lawns, ha-ha, abundantly flowering beds, shady trees and a tennis court.

Cutlery Hire

Knives, forks and spoons are among the cheapest of all the items we offer at Avon Catering and Event Hire. However, while they’re not the biggest things we hire, they’re an integral part of our business and the journey we have undertaken. With five different ranges of cutlery always in stock we have literally thousands of pieces of cutlery always ready for hire.

Cutlery isn’t just about forks and spoons though. We offer speciality knives and pieces of cutlery equipment to make serving at your event or special occasion easier. Whether you’re cutting cheese, meat or even a wedding cake, we’ve got the knife you need for the job.

If washing up worries you, then help is at hand. Our “send it back dirty service” means you can scrape your cutlery of any food debris, put it back in the packing crates and leave it for us to handle back at our warehouse. It certainly beats washing spoons up until the early hours of the morning!
