There isn’t much better than the smell of food cooking outside at a big outdoor event or occasion. While a smaller party can easily make do with a standard bbq, we know that our commercial customers are going to need commercial barbecue hire.
The barbecues for hire we have available have been selected with large outdoor functions in mind and can happily feed hundreds of guests. The Cinders barbecue is an industry standard barbecue which features two separate cooking areas, allowing for meat eating and vegetarian menus to be served at the same time without fear of cross-contamination. We also stock gas bottles and wrenches so customers can be sure they have everything they need to get going quickly.
Concerned about cleaning Barbecue Hire?
Are you worried about cleaning your catering equipment hire after your occasion or event? If time is a factor or you know you’ve got too much else to worry about while packing up, then our "send it back dirty" service is what you need.
We know that catering equipment can be hard to clean after a hire period of full usage – especially things like ovens and barbecues. Rather than breaking out the scourer, for 25% of the hire price you can leave it all to us. Just wipe off any food debris or liquid and we'll do the rest once it has been returned. To take advantage of this service simply select in the checkout.

How does delivery of Barbecues work?
It’s easier than ever to find out the delivery and collection costs to and from your venue for event hire. Tap the Expo Hire Bristol & Avon logo from any page on the website to be taken to the homepage where you will find our carriage calculator button. Enter your postcode into the clever widget and not only will it tell you what the carriage cost is to that venue but also which of our websites is closest so that you don’t pay any more than you should.
You’ll also find a list of all our possible extra surcharges on that page. If applicable, these are confirmed in the checkout once you have confirmed your delivery address along with dates of delivery and collection. They’re itemised in full before you make payment so that there are no nasty surprises, and you know exactly what you are paying for.
LPG Gas Bottles are supplied separately to products.
The price paid is for the hire of the bottle, rather than for the
consumption of the gas inside it. Gas Bottles are filled before
being supplied however we are not responsible for refilling them
should you run out of gas.
All of our LPG items are regularly serviced by Gas Safe Engineers - certificates
are available on request.
Please note that our drivers are not allowed to connect LPG products to gas
bottles for you. If you are unsure on how to connect products to gas bottles, we
recommend utilising the services of a Gas Safe engineer.
A 30mm wrench is required to connect
LPG products to gas bottles, which can be hired separately.
