We’re proud to confirm that we’re extending our telephone enquiry hours to include Saturday mornings between 8am and 1pm. This means it will now be possible to speak to our sales team to make an enquiry about catering equipment hire, event furniture hire and exhibition hire six days a week.
Our telephone opening hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm
- Saturday: 8am to 1pm
From speaking to customers we understand that it’s not always possible to speak to our office during normal working hours. We’ve done our best to put as much information onto our website as possible but we’re aware that sometimes confirmation is needed from our sales team.
We also have a live chat facility on our website which we try to man as much as possible. Our customer service representatives will be happy to chat with you there to help resolve queries or problems. Please note sometimes there can be a delay to respond, especially during busy hours.
For emergency situations with hire equipment our out of hours emergency line is open 24 hours per day. Should you call us out of the hours listed above and you need to speak to us urgently you can select the option to speak to one of our technicians.
